After learning that just 14 of the 467 homes in the Private Residences at Ontario Place are still for sale, I decided to visit the development to see what the River North conversion has to offer. American Invsco agent Janet Seehausen was my guide, and she showed me around a couple of furnished models and the building’s common amenities. In this first of three videos, we look at the building’s lobby and a 995 square-foot one-bedroom condo on the 22nd floor.
