When I introduced this condo development at the corner of Western Avenue and Rice Street to YoChicago last month, I referred to it as 840 North Western. But yesterday, Mike Vesole from @properties was quick to correct me on the address, as developer DevMax Corp has opted to go with the cross-street address, 2408 W Rice St. To avoid confusion from now on, we’ll just call the development by its new name, The Lumiere.
In the video, Vesole and I tour a three-bedroom / two-bath model unit, check out the rotunda space in an unfinished unit, and briefly look at the roof deck. All of the homes in The Lumiere have three bedrooms and two baths, and are priced from the $430s to the $520s.
