Earlier this morning I met Jackie, who works in the financial services industry, at Cactus Bar & Grill, a wildly popular venue that’s just around the corner from 235 Van Buren. It was Saturday morning and Cactus hadn’t opened yet, so we were able to bypass the otherwise-frequent wait for an outdoor table.
Jackie, a Gold Coast resident who’s originally from Boston and Naples, Florida, bought a two-bedroom unit at 235 Van Buren, CMK Development’s architecturally-significant new high-rise in the Loop.
