The 10-unit condo building at 2000 W Berwyn Ave looks just about finished, but it’s still missing the third-floor balconies in the setback. Also absent is that ornamental feature that rises to the center of the top floor and, judging by the poor-quality rendering we have, looks a bit like a crucifix. Otherwise, the building is pretty much a spot-on match of its rendering. The same can’t be said for the street it faces, the 5300 block of North Damen Avenue, which is made to look like a leafy-green oasis in the rendering. The Bowmanville development’s three-bedroom condos are priced from the $400s to the $500s, and the building also has two retail slots on the ground floor.
