Last year, New Homes Magazine named McKinley Gardens the best new townhome development in the city. The Warman Development project has 69 townhomes with three or four bedrooms priced from the $280s to the $300s. Plans also call for a series of gardens — the East, West and Ellipsis Gardens — that have gazebos, dog walks and park benches.
