We’re all atwitter, waiting for the scaffolding at Sheridan Place to finally be taken down so we can get a good look at the facade of the building. Though the rendering promises a good bit of detailing to break up the big-box form, it’s hard to tell from the work in progress how much of this has come to fruition (the picture above focuses on the side facade, as the front of the building was even more clogged with construction). Sheridan Place, at 4701 N Sheridan Ave in Clarendon Park, offers one- and two-bedroom condos priced from the $180s to the $270s.
