Last night, Yo braved the elements to attend a launch party for Cityscape Condominiums, Westward Development Company‘s 86-unit condo building in Saint Ben’s. We’ve been telling you about Cityscape for months, but this was our first chance to check out the sales center, which has a killer model kitchen and different selections for cabinets, carpeting and tile, and plumbing fixtures. We’re most excited to see architect Proteus Group‘s design take shape, though. As we’ve told you before, the building will be broken up into different stylistically distinct facades, including a contemporary middle section with a rooftop garden and a Prairie-style lighted clock tower on one corner. The building will also have a dog park, club house with home theatre, and a green roof. One- to three-bedroom condos (some with dens) are priced from the mid-$300s, which includes parking, and the on-site sales center is located at 3918 N Western Ave. Check out more pictures inside.
