Who says condo living is safe and boring? Certainly not homeowners at Courtland Square condominiums, 8909 David Place, in Des Plaines. According to a brief in today’s Chicago Tribune, an SUV driver jumped a curb on Golf Road at David Place, crashing into a Courtland Square building. The driver and his passenger fled after the accident, but one was apprehended by bystanders after he returned to the vehicle to retrieve his belongings.
