The Habitat Company is marketing a new Lake View condo conversion from Absolute Builders (try not picturing a vodka ad when you hear that name). Grand Briar, located at 433 W Briar Pl, is an 11-story, vintage 1920s, art deco building that will have 34 condos. Two-bedroom units have 1,600 square feet, and three-bedroom units have 2,500. Four ground-floor units range from 750 to 1,250 square feet. Prices range from the $500s to the $820s, and Habitat agent Millie Rosenbloom anticipates a grand opening in the second week of September.
