It’s certainly not unusual for a condo development to derive its name from the street it’s on and a word like “manor” or “square,” but you have to wonder if there was a comic book geek on staff when Wayne Manor was chosen as the name for the new Edgewater condo conversion at 5619 N Wayne Ave. We haven’t heard whether any of the building’s two-bedroom condos has been reserved for the caped crusader himself, but, with prices from the $190s to the $310s, he could certainly afford it.
