- LV Lofts, 3245 N Ashland Ave: One-bedrooms available from the $270s to $290s; two-bedrooms in the $390s
- New York Private Residences, 3660 N Lake Shore Dr: Studios available from the $80s to $160s; one-bedrooms from the $120s to $240s; two-bedrooms from the $280s to $370s
