Last week Jim Psyhogios of Weichert, Realtors – Frankel & Giles took me through Astoria Tower’s unit #1204, a two-bedroom / two-bath home located on the high-rise’s northeast corner. An owner in this tier will have unobstructed views of the Loop and sightlines to the lake and the Museum Campus through floor-to-ceiling windows and a terrace running the length of the living / dining area.
Remaining units in the 04 tier run from the $380s to $520s, depending on their floor, Psyhogios says.
