Yesterday the folks at Shodeen Residential told us they’ll be participating in the upcoming Mill Creek Neighborhood Garage Sale, an annual event held throughout the Mill Creek neighborhood in Geneva.
The sale dates back to the 1990s, and has grown consistently over the years to include more than 250 participants. It’s typically held on the Thursday, Friday, and Saturday before Mother’s Day, which this year fall on May 5th, 6th, and 7th. (Mill Creek residents who wish to participate as sellers must complete this application prior to April 22.)
While browsing the tables and racks, take some time to talk to Mill Creek residents about what they like about their neighborhood, and drop by Shodeen’s model homes at its Tanna community (located at 0N695 King Dr) and its Oakmont community (located at 38W583 Berquist Dr).
