More from Lincoln Park: least expensive homes sold in 2007

To extend our Lincoln Park week a little longer, Karen Stierwalt, a sales agent with Coldwell Banker, gave us some stats about the cheapest homes sold so far this year in Lincoln Park:

• The cheapest detached single-family house (above), 1920 N Bissell St, sold for $625,000 (two-bedrooms, 1.5 baths, 20-by-60 foot lot).
• The cheapest condo (below), 1750 N North Wells St, sold for $120,000.
