Domus Group LLC is planning a third project on Monroe Street in the West Loop. The development, 1010 West Monroe, will have 15 condos with two bedrooms and two baths, says Julie Swan, a sales agent with Domus Group.
Domus Group is behind two other West Loop developments, The Flats on Monroe, 1019 W Monroe St, and Nine Five Five, 955 W Monroe St.
The units at 1010 W Monroe St will be about 1,600 square feet, and prices range from the $480s to the $580s, Swan says. All 15 condos are available.
The building will be four stories with five commercial spaces rented out on the first floor. Construction has begun, and deliveries are expected in late 2007 or early 2008, according to Swan.
The brick building features a glass facade on the south side with glass railings and floor-to-ceiling windows in the commercial spaces. Inside, condos will feature recessed lighting, oak or maple floors, granite counters, 42-inch cabinets in the kitchens and GE stainless steel appliances.
Depending on the unit, garage or outdoor parking is included, Swan says.
