Last month, we told you about a new townhome community coming to the Southwest Side, 53rd & Millard, located at 3601 W 53rd St. We took a drive out there earlier this week and were surprised to see how far along construction was. The development, marketed by Sergio & Banks, has 34 three-bedroom townhomes priced from the $260s. Listing agent Melissa Govedarica says 53rd & Millard is about 40 percent sold, and completion is expected in February 2007.
