Yo’s got the skinny on a couple of new developments in the West Loop. Sussex & Reilly is marketing a five-unit condo building at 1259 W Adams. The six-story building has only one unit per floor, and each three-bedroom condo will have over 2,500 square feet, a balcony and private roof space (without forking over an extra $30K). Prices range from the $690s to the $850s and include parking.
Elsewhere in the West Loop, the awkwardly named CA / 23, located at 23 N Aberdeen St, is being teased by @properties. The new-construction development has 48 condos with three bedrooms and prices ranging from the $650s to the $750s. We’ll let you know more as information becomes available.
