It’s safe to say Booth Hansen‘s 30 W Oak sticks out like a sore thumb in the Gold Coast, but what a glorious and glassy sore thumb it is. The north-facing end of the building (pictured inside) may be a disappointment when compared with the south side, where most of the 46 units’ living areas are located, but it still makes for some interesting eye candy. Only two units are left for sale in the 24-story high-rise: a 12th-floor three-bedroom unit with 3,349 square feet is priced at $2.15 million, and a sixth-floor one-bedroom with 1,257 square feet is going for $600K.
