We hope you weren’t too revved up about the Locomobile Lofts we told you about yesterday: turns out buyers have already sped off (make the puns stop!) with the last units. The Lyonhart Group, which developed Locomobile, does appear to have another project on the way, though, this time “in the heart of Wrigleyville,” on Sheffield Avenue. The 31-unit development will have studio through three-bedroom “luxury apartments near the lakefront.”
