Planned Property’s video look back at 2012

by Joe Zekas on 1/2/13

When Dan McDonough, Planned Property’s marketing director, looks back on 2012 he sees a blur of parties. That’s not surprising, given the number of “resident appreciation events” Dan plans and attends over the course of a year.

I’ve attended a number of those parties, and suggest you not conclude from the video that Planned’s buildings are simply an extension of fraternity / sorority houses. They are, to a certain extent, but they also house people of widely varying ages and interests going about the astonishing variety of lives made possible by a great city like Chicago.

Planned Property owns and manages more than 3,000 apartments in the Near North / Gold Coast area, Lincoln Park and Lake View, and is the sponsor of our rental guides for those neighborhoods.
