The state of retail in Bucktown

When the biggest gaps in your commercial market are the lack of good hotels and gyms, you know you’re in pretty good shape. In the final video from our Bucktown drive-around, @propertiesDavid Wolf and I talk about how the neighborhood’s retail has held up over the past two years and what types of businesses haven’t arrived yet. Although Wolf doesn’t deal in commercial properties, he does keep track of the commercial market’s health as the vice president of the Bucktown and Wicker Park Chamber of Commerce.
