Yo has visited EcoLogic Lofts‘ sales center before – Mark went to the grand opening in May, where he caught up with interior designer John Robert Wiltgen – but until yesterday, neither of us had taken a one-on-one tour of the sales center. Yesterday, I drove over to the corner of Fullerton and Seeley avenues to meet sales manager Joe Dupor and hear Senco Properties’ pitch for EcoLogic’s green features. Senco is pursuing LEED Silver certification at the mid-rise through the implementation of several “eco-friendly” features including a series of roof-mounted wind turbines that will help power EcoLogic’s common areas.
EcoLogic Lofts, planned for 2359 N Seeley Ave in Bucktown, will have 94 one- and two-bedroom loft-style condos priced from the $210s to the $400s. Dupor says deliveries should begin in 2010.
