Inside one of Vetro's two-bedrooms

In all the time that we’ve covered Roszak / ADC‘s Vetro, none of our staff has ever made it over for an actual tour of the building. Earlier this week, I met up with Millie Rosenbloom, a broker associate with Baird & Warner and the head of Vetro’s new marketing team, to take a look at one of the high-rise’s two-bedroom-plus-den units. Vetro is about 45 percent sold, and most units are ready for immediate delivery, Rosenbloom says.

It was a dreary day outside, so we didn’t get a chance to look at the Vetro’s outdoor terrace, but I plan to return in the next few days to do a follow-up on the building’s amenities.
