When Rogers Park was a dirty word

by Erik Stonikas on 10/8/09

Michael Glasser of Magellen Properties was one of the founding members of the Rogers Park Builders Group in the early ’90s, when “Rogers Park was a dirty word.” He and the other members hired a public-relations firm and started generating positive press for the neighborhood. Mike goes into detail about the neighborhood and the market in this segment of our interview.
