At last Tuesday’s meeting of the Community Development Commission, we heard two developers’ proposals for a new green project in the South Chicago community area.
The first presenter was Patricia Saldana Natke, president of Urban Works Ltd. and part owner of Courtyard Flats, LLC.
Courtyard Flats was approved to purchase nine parcels on the 8400 block of Baker Avenue and one at 8434 S Brandon Ave as part of a massive green development comprising five developers and 64 lots.
