Bryton Development is marketing 12 two- and three-bedroom units at 1442 W Fullerton, yet another new-construction project along busy Fullerton Avenue. The homes are priced from the $510s to the $670s and available for immediate occupancy. The project will include two commercial spaces, we hear. The site was once occupied by the parking lot for the original Stefani’s Restaurant. Stefani’s was housed in an 1880s apartment building. Apparently Bryton is constructing yet another condo development to replace the building that housed the restaurant. The new condo project will be called 2401 N Janssen.
