A recent ad for MCL Companies‘ The Lofts at River East Art Center read, “Just ‘cuz I like art doesn’t mean I want to live like a starving artist.” The development’s model units, designed by Stanton Interior Concepts, Inc., sure don’t look like starving artist digs to us. The cedar-wood ceilings are an especially nice touch.
The one- to three-bedroom lofts are priced for well-fed artists – pre-construction prices start in the $400s.
