I found myself driving down Elston Ave yesterday, wondering who would live there, and coming up clueless.
I passed a single-family home for $1M in the 3900 block, and lots of condos in the mid-$300s to mid-$400s. I’m generally skeptical of the notion that there’s a housing bubble, but condos on Elston puzzle me.
Help me out here. Give me a clue – who’s living on Elston and why?
