C.A. Development is offering a trio of deals at three single-family home developments on the Northwest Side, The Residences of Old Irving Park, Mayfair Crossing and Edgebrook Glen.
Buyers can choose between:
- Six months of free interest payments on a new mortgage through preferred lender Guaranteed Rate. (Free interest payments are not to exceed $25,000. Borrowers are still responsible for mortgage principal, real estate taxes and insurance.)
- $15,000 towards an interest rate buy-down on a new mortgage and / or closing costs. (The amount of the buy-down will be set during the approval process and depends on market conditions).
- $15,000 in free upgrades through the developer and waived closing fees worth $995 from Guaranteed Rate. Upgrades include a wet bar, crown moldings and cherry floors.
At The Residences of Old Irving Park, located at Kilbourn Avenue and Irving Park Road, eight homes remain on the market (looks like that’s been the case for awhile). Currently, 21 homes are available at Mayfair Crossing, a development of 26 houses on the northeast corner of Kilpatrick and Berteau avenues. Sales recently opened at Edgebrook Glen, 64 houses planned on an 11-acre site next to Indian Woods Forest Preserve.
