Construction checkup: Burnham Pointe nearing completion in the South Loop

When Yo last checked in on Burnham Pointe, the 28-story South Loop high-rise was barely out of the ground.

That was March 2007. A year later, the tower at 720 S Clark St is nearing completion. I snapped the photo above last Friday; compare it to the rendering to get a better idea of the development’s progress.

Deliveries at the 298-unit high-rise are expected to begin this spring. Prices range from the $250s to the $550s.
