With Vision on State and Michigan Avenue Tower II under construction just a stone’s throw away, architecture firm Pappageorge / Haymes is planting its flag all over the South Loop. Its design for 1400 Museum Park, which looks radically contemporary when compared to the other two, is rising at 100 E 14th St. The 260-unit development, part of The Enterprise Companies’ massive Museum Park project, has reached sales of about 88 percent, according to Enterprise’s Karen Juneau, and workers have 10 more floors to pour before the building is topped out. Prices range from the $350s to the $690s.
