On a recent trip through Wicker Park, we came across Augusta Court, a new-construction building from Bucktown Homes Development and MCM Properties, the company behind the colossal rowhomes going up in River North. Augusta Court has nine three-bedroom condos with 10-foot ceiling heights, balconies, Canac cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood-burning fireplaces, Brazilian cherry floors and marble bathrooms. Prices range from the $430s to the $560s and include parking.
