The good folk of Streeterville know that they live in God’s Country, being so close to the lake, the river, the Mag Mile and many top restaurants and cultural attractions. But even heaven isn’t perfect. Residents tell us that they have very few community parks.
So we hear they are happy that MCL Companies is creating a park at its upcoming development ParkView Condominiums, 445 E Illinois St. The green space will be located between the development’s two towers, we hear.
The new park probably helps MCL call its development “ParkView,” although the building also presumably has views over Gateway Park and Navy Pier.
