Belmont-Hudson Development is dangling some sweeteners at its Lake View project, H3177. Early buyers of the 56 homes at the 12-story building will receive free upgrades and cash toward closing costs. The modernist building, at 3177 N Hudson Ave, was designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture.
The developer is also offering buyers a finance package, says sales associate Sam Jenkins of Century 21 Sussex & Reilly, which is marketing the project. Details of the various incentives are still being finalized so we’ll let you know when we have more information.
Units with one, two or three bedrooms are priced from the $350s to the $800s. Penthouses are in the $1.5 million range.
