Real Estate Chicago, which has one of the more infuriating Web sites I’ve come across recently, has begun marketing Living Green Lofts, a 25-unit new-construction development at 1501 E 65th St in Woodlawn. As the name suggests, “green” is the word at this project, which claims “energy efficient construction” and “environmentally sensitive interiors” in a “private park setting.” Units also have individual gardens and garages have green roofs, according to the marketer. The loft-style condos have one to three bedrooms, and prices start in the $200s.
