Diversey Station, a new 50-unit development at 1855 W Diversey Pkwy in Lincoln Park, is 80 percent sold according to Sophia Klopas, a Koenig & Strey GMAC Real Estate agent who is marketing the project.
The development includes five contiguous buildings, each with 10 three-bedroom, two-bath condos of 1,695 square feet.
The sold units have been completed, according to Klopas, but buyers can still select finishes on the condos that remain for sale. Standard features include Viking appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors, cherry cabinets, fireplaces and crown moldings, and surround-sound systems with integrated iPod docking stations.
According to Klopas, prices on remaining units range from the $470s to the $500s. One heated garage parking space is included.
