Work in progress: 740 Fulton nearing completion in West Loop

740 Fulton

Construction is wrapping up on 740 Fulton, the new tower with 132 loft-style condos in the West Loop’s Fulton Market neighborhood.

When we checked in on the project last week, more than 90 of the 132 units were sold and occupied, according to David Chase, president and CEO of The Thrush Companies, the developer. Construction is scheduled to be completed in mid-September.

Things that stood out for us in visiting the development (and hadn’t on the rendering) include the size of the balconies, the contours of the roofline and the Art Deco-inspired lines and sconces at the base.

Prices on most of the remaining units range from the high $200s to the $590s. Two three-bedroom penthouses are also available, in the high $800s.

For a look inside 740 Fulton, take a video tour with developer David Chase (Part II , Part III).
