Speaking of Peterson Park, as we were in an earlier post – does anyone know what there is to do around there? It seems that there are a few new condo developments going up, so we want to hear from anyone who is familiar with the area.
The developer of The Village Center, the new place at 6100 Lincoln Ave, says he expects to attract buyers from Lake View once they realize they can get granite countertops and stainless appliances for $100,000 less than they can in Lake View.
Peterson Park is well equipped with convenience retail at Lincoln Village Shopping Center, which has a Borders, a Starbucks, a Panera Bread and a movie complex, but can anyone clue us in to any restaurants or bars for the ex-Lake Viewers?
