The year is still young, but soon the first quarter of 2011 will end and Realtors will begin poring over sales data for signs of the real estate market’s health. In mid-March, Prudential Rubloff agent Eric Rojas and YoChicago’s Joe Askins visited Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood for a look at one of Eric’s newest listings. Later in the day, they walked around the neighborhood, and Eric pointed out homes that represented the median and high price points for Wicker Park’s single-family homes market.
