Jameson Realty Group has begun marketing a new Lincoln Park condo conversion from developer SBR Enterprises. Wilton Schubert, located at 2701 N Wilton Ave, has 24 two-bedroom condos priced from the $250s to the $420s. The rehabbed building will have newly tuckpointed brick; a new roof; new windows; and new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. And, unlike some of the conversions we’ve looked at lately, developers are saying parking is available.
