Construction for 1010 West Monroe, a new 15-unit building developed by Domus Group, LLC, is underway at the northwest corner of West Monroe and South Morgan streets.
Prices range from the $480s to the $580s, and deliveries are expected in late 2007 or early 2008, as we reported recently.
The design is by Axios Architects & Consultants, Ltd.
