Buyers at Van Buren Lofts have an either / or choice of incentives in March. Buyers can opt for a package that includes a year’s free assessments, $3,500 in upgrades, a new washer and dryer and paid closing costs, or a package that offers zero downpayment financing, up to eight months of mortgage payments and paid closing costs.
VB1224 Lofts LLC developer Jim Engel says both packages are valued at $25,000. One-bedroom units with dens are priced from the $270s and two-bedroom lofts are priced from the $390s.
