Construction on the 35-story Chandler is well underway in the Lakeshore East community, and we couldn’t help but wonder what buyers at the Regatta, the 44-story tower nearing completion immediately behind the Chandler, think about having another high-rise coming up directly in front of its eastern exposure.
The Regatta is sold out, but studios through three-bedroom condos still remain at the 286-unit Chandler. Prices range from the $200s to $1.7 million.
