I spent some time in The Columbian on Saturday and had a hard time ignoring the two One Museum Park towers – the nearly completed One Museum Park and the companion One Museum Park West going up next door – through the windows. I shot the picture above from the tower’s 29th floor and walked over to the park afterward to get a street-level look at construction (below).
By my count, crews have poured about 13 of the 53 floors planned for The Enterprise Companies‘ One Museum Park West, located at 1201 S Prairie Ave in the South Loop. The 298-unit high-rise was more than 70 percent sold at last check, and it’s on pace to deliver its first units in late 2009.
Two-bedrooms at One Museum Park West start in the $500s and three-bedrooms start around $1 million. Three-bedroom penthouses top out around the $1.8 million mark.
