The shimmering blue glass now stretches almost to the top of the 62-story tower, designed by architects Solomon Cordwell Buenz & Associates, already making it (for my money) the most distinctive tower at Lakeshore East. One- to four-bedroom condos in the 343 unit building, located at 340 E Randolph St, are priced from the $430s to $4 million.
