Last Wednesday I spent the morning driving and walking around Bucktown with @properties agent David Wolf. Wolf’s name is a common sight on for-sale signs in the neighborhood, and he’s certainly no stranger to its streets — he’s both a resident of Bucktown and the vice president of the Wicker Park & Bucktown Chamber of Commerce.
Our first stop in our tour was the 1700 block of North Winchester Avenue, a stretch of road that Wolf says is one of the most desirable locations in all of Bucktown. From the street we checked out a couple of single-family homes currently for sale on the block (including one of his listings) and talked about what people can find and how much they should expect to pay for single-families in the neighborhood these days.
