The folks at Ranquist Development must be mainlining their caffeine. It seems every time we check in with the company, it has a new development in the works. We’ve recently noticed multiple striking projects planned in Wicker Park, Lincoln Park and Bucktown, and we’ve even pointed out an older development in Ukrainian Village. Now we can show you what 1711 W Division St, a 12-unit condo building Ranquist is building in Wicker Park, will look like. The design, with windows pushed back pretty deeply to create modular terraces, is certainly interesting, but we have to wonder how much sunlight those windows will let in. All condos in the building have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and prices start in the $590s.
