Times are apparently tough in Lake Forest – for boat owners. According to a recent article at Lake Forest Patch, there are currently 19 sailboats on the beach storage rack at Forest Park Beach, and none of them have paid their 2010 fees. Some of the boats may have been abandoned by their owners.
